DLL PLAYING FIELDS

The Davis Little League complex is located at the corner of F Street and Covell Blvd. Parking is located on the east side of the complex near the railroad tracks.

Majors, AAA, AA and Farm games are played on 4 fields located at the main complex. Tee Ball games are played on 3 grass fields located across the street from the main complex and to the south of the Rainbow City play structure in Davis Community Park.

Davis Little League is in desperate need of additional playing and practice fields. Read about the current situation and the opportunity to create a sports park at the Howatt property.

Map Location of DLL Complex

Parking is located on the east side of the complex near the railroad tracks. Park at your own risk, as baseballs have been known to occasionally hit cars!

Note: Senior and Junior League "home" games are played at a variety of locations, while away games are played in the different cities hosting teams within District 64.

Fields

Majors games are played on the East and West Fields, while AAA games are typically played on the East Field. Farm and AA games are played on adjoining fields.

T-Ball Field Details

3 fields are located across F Street and a bit to the south in community park. The fields are unmarked, and bases are distributed with each equipment bag. We need a volunteer (or rotating set of volunteers) to mow the basepaths for the three fields each Sunday afternoon or Monday prior to games. We have permission from the city for this, but need to be sure not to mow below half the grass height, which could harm the grass. Water soluble field paint can be used to mark the basebaths, a 10 foot foul ball arc, and "dugout" lines that the kids need to sit behind for safety.

Base to base -- 50 feet
No fences or dugouts
